First offense
Post removed and a formal warning on record. No public shaming — but it's logged, and it counts.
Second offense
7-day suspension. No posting, no commenting, no exceptions — a real pause to reconsider how you argue.
Third offense
Permanent ban. No appeal. Personal attacks are the one thing OneVia will not negotiate on.
This applies equally to everyone — verified accounts, moderators, and the OneVia founders included. Free speech means the freedom to be wrong, to be blunt, and to be challenged. It has never meant the freedom to abuse another person.
